Techni’s VMAC VR70 is the most powerful, lightweight, engine mounted, belt driven compressor available. A mobile compressed air system that delivers immediate, on-demand compressed air at the touch of a button. With the vehicle engine at operating temperature, press the start button, and within seconds Techni’s VMAC VR70 is ready to deliver an air flow up to a huge 70 cfm1(cubic feet per minute) and a pressure up to 175 psi. Factory-set, built-in controls match the vehicle’s rpm to specific requirements to ensure smooth and economic operation, with reduced fuel consumption, wear and noise level.
Techni’s VMAC VR70 air compressor system leaves zero footprint inside the vehicle body. The compressor is engine mounted with oil separator, oil cooler and air cooler chassis mounted. No space inside the van is sacrificed; this provides maximum area in the rear of the van for your payload. The engineered design also improves access for servicing, decreasing downtime in the workshop thus increasing productivity and profitability.

Providing a continuous high volume of air to run a wide variety of pneumatic tools including impact wrenches, grinders, road breakers, air guns, moles and post pounders. No waiting around for air reservoir tanks to fill, the air is instant, on demand and continuous.
Easy to Operate
With the engine idling and the handbrake applied, simply press the on/off switch and the compressor is engaged. Once on, the vehicle engine rpm will increase and the VMAC rotary screw compressor delivers a continuous, flow of air to your tools, on demand.
Premature Tool Failure and Performance
The Techni VMAC VR70 system has an in-built fully automatic aftercooler. Cooling the air assists the FRL (Filter Regulator Lubricator) assembly remove water from the air which prevents premature tool failure and tool freeze up.
Cost Saving
The in-built after cooler makes redundant the expense of high temperature rated FRL’s. As the compressed air temperature is now reduced a typical FRL with a 50’C rating can be installed.
Water Drop-Out units (which do not function at high temperatures) are no longer needed.

In fact, no components get installed in the vehicle load space which ensures a clean, efficient and professional looking vehicle, leaving space for other equipment, tools or materials.

Techni’s VR70 mobile compressed air system can reduce your gross vehicle weight by as much as 115kgs. There is no heavy secondary engine to carry around or large air reservoir tank. The only space required is 1.7 cubic feet in the rear of the van for a combined air/oil cooler and separator tank. The Techni Systems VR70 system incorporates an aftercooler to cool the air prior to filtration. Products to expel water from the system have severe performance issues as air temperature increases. As such, all that is required following the aftercooler is a quality FRL (Filter, Regulator, Lubricator). The FRL extends life of air tools; filter removes contaminants from the compressed air, adjustable regulator can reduce air pressure going to tools, and lubricator adds atomised tool oil to the air stream to lubricate air tools.
The QUBE is a cost-effective and accurat tyre inflator and is designed to be simple and space-saving, without the programmability or customisation of the more expensive models. This versatile little unit is ideal for indoor use, particularly in commercial environments where ease of use and accuracy are key.
